Types of Submissions
- Abstracts: Abstracts of completed paper, extended abstract or proposed research in any of the topic areas listed or related areas. The abstract for proposed research should include the research objectives, proposed methodology, and a discussion of expected outcomes. It should not have more than 600 words.
- Full Research Papers: Completed research papers in any of the topic areas listed above or related areas, no less than 6 pages including all figures, tables, and references.
Format of Presentations

Paper sessions will consist of around 8 presentations in a session. You are expected to present your paper within 15 minutes including question time. The session will be divided equally between the presenters. Each presenter will be expected to have the presentation slides in Microsoft Power Point saved in USB.

Poster sessions: All posters will be displayed in the open area around to the conference venue.
Note: The following resources will be available for presentations: flipcharts, laptops, projectors and screens.
